3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

3.2 Taxes and Duties

Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges that may be levied by the destination country's authorities. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any fees imposed by customs or tax authorities upon delivery.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when you receive a written order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases involving:

  • Errors in product or pricing information

4.2 Order Cancellations by the Customer

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled if the order has already entered the fulfillment process. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process outlined in our Shipping Policy.


5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original, unaltered condition
  • In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by photographic evidence of the claimed defect or issue
  • Supported by a valid proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned without prior written authorization from our support team
  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Claims submitted beyond the 14-day return window

6.4 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective or differs materially from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, where validated, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
